More Fit People in New Videos?

Hi Rhonda, and thanks for your comments. I for one think you and all of Cathe's background exercisers always look fit, and I love the fact that y'all are different sizes and shapes--just like we all are in real life, right? And I agree wholeheartedly that it's all about total health and...

    How much weight is enough?

I have to say that I LOVE having "a pile of weights" so I can reach for whatever works with a particular exercise on a particular day. Some days I'm just plain stronger than others (or at least I have more endurance), and I'm glad to have a large selection to choose from.

More Fit People in New Videos?

They all look fit to me! Plus they can do the workouts and do them quite well, which says it all as far as I'm concerned. There isn't just one "fit" look--or even two or three or four...well, you get the picture.

    Suggestions? - Upper Body Split

Another vote for a 45-minute workout. Slower reps would be great, too. I don't have a preference for pyramiding up or down--I'd be happy with either one.

    Suggestions? - Muscle Endurance

Another vote for a circuit-style workout. And I like compound moves, too.

SNM or anyone with extra LL video?

RE: Leaner Legs Will the entire CTX series be going solo, or just Leaner Legs?

    Aerobic Weight Training

After making consistent progress for a couple of years, I hit a plateau last winter that continued into the spring--very frustrating. I didn't break through until I separated my weight training from my cardio a couple of months ago (although I do still combine them a couple of days a week--just...
