    So proud of myself!

    I am relatively new to Cathe......have been working out to her DVDs for about a month. Anyways, I got through the entire Imax 2 workout (usually I just do the premixes....)! I am soo proud of myself! Can't wait to do it again tonight!

    Cardio Question

    When you are doing a cardio workout (IMax2 or LowMax for example), is it enough to do one of the premixes or do you have to do the video in its entirety? Just curious---have been working out for awhile and always wondered if the 30-45 minutes a few times a week + strength training is enough...

    I had Lasik done!

    It is AMAZING. I had it done three years ago. I was 10 in one eye a -11 in the other. Yes, you read that correctly! I am 20/20 now and it is the best feeling ever. I had to wear my glasses in the shower, everywhere...couldn't even see the alarm clock!!!

    Best workouts for light days?

    I am new to Cathe and have quite a few of her DVDs---I am wondering what are good lighter workouts for days after a really intense, butt-kicking workout? Today my right hamstring is a little tight and I want to take it easy (but still get a good workout!) Would LowMax be a good choice for days...
