Hi Aila, Yes, but its kinda strange on the premixs because it doesnt add in the pause for weights and cool down and stetch menu its just goes right into the next screen. I also have KPC/Legs and Glutes and that one is fine. Thanks Nikki:)

Hi Wendy, I dont think you could use the FannyLifter for the reg Step. You can go to Walmart.com or go to the Walmart store and get the shorter version...I think with the smaller version you get a Cathe workout (all Step) which is a little much for beginnners, but i always say dont give...
