My sweetie just told me to go ahead and pick out some Cathe DVD's as part of my Christmas gift. Don't think they'll get here on time, but do I care? They'll be on the way!!! I'm like a kid in a candystore!!!
So I don't have any of her DVD's, just a couple of workouts I have taped on FitTV. I was thinking of the Body Blast series. I am not sure if the beginner workouts will be challenging over the long haul, so I'm thinking of going right into one of the other series - or do you think I should start there? I've done step before, but Cathe sure uses steps I've never done before!
Eventually I want them all (of course), but what might be a logical progression - Body Blast, Intensity, Hardcore - or some other variation? Should I spend the $ on the beginner tapes first? Any suggestions with this would be appreciated!!!
