Hi Cathe! I am eating lunch at my desk with sore biceps from yesterday's pyramid upper body workout. I still love that one! Can't wait to get my new workouts!

I have a serious storage problem at my house, so I only use dumb bells. It works for me. The hardest part was balancing 20lb weights on my shoulders for squats, but I have mastered that now!
You probably could if you can pause your dvd, but it would be a hard transition in my opinion. You go directly from flys into the chest presses with no stopping.
This is one of my favorite upperbody workouts!
