    No, I've never omitted the Splenda, but you could use sugar (if you like that sort of thing:-) ) It will increase the calories and carbs of course.

    RE: ~Eating I eat splenda too. I can't give up everything. It does have carbs though. It has about 1g of carbs per tsp. due to the stuff they add to make it granular. Liquid Splenda has no carbs.
