    Standing Legs!!!!

    I think SL is still the toughest leg tape I'v ver done.Unlike LL or PSL&A I am feeling it the next day. In a good way. THis has perplexed me too bcause as good as Cathes workouts are I don't feel the same intensity the next day. still have to say that SL is the tooughest leg workout for me.

    I FELT THE SAME WAY WHEN I ORDERED MY FIRST CATHE TAPE IN APRIL 2002. iT WAS BODYMAX AND THE FIRST TIME I DID IT i DID NOT LIKE IT. I KEPT WIH IT.STILL NOT TO CRAZY ABOUT THE STEP PART BUT LOVE THE STRENGTH PART.NOW I'M BUYING ALL OF HER WEIGHT WORKOUTS AND STAYING CLEAR OF THE STEPPING ONES...
