An "online" friend suggested I give Cathe a try when I was looking for some more challenging cardio workouts -- I tried KPC first and I was hooked! I eventually purchased all of Cathe's workouts so I could have a complete collection!

I have some Tae Bo and Winsor Pilates workouts that I enjoy. I'm looking for a few more trainers to try -- just for a little variety - but Cathe is still my #1.

Need to drop a few pounds (those last 10 that are fighting me all the way) and lean out a bit more and I'm always trying to build more muscle. Can you ever have enough??

In the last 3 years I've lost approximately 30 pounds and totally reshaped my body -- it's all from determination and commitment -- and of course eating the right foods :)
