- I started with beginner Taebo and discovered I liked kickboxing, but Billy wasn't a fave. I went to Collage video and found Janis Saffell. When I got bored with that, I went looking on Collage for other kickboxing workouts and found Kick Max. Then I was hooked!!!

- Because I never thought I could, and I can!!!

- I used to weigh A LOT. One day I realized if I ever wanted to see DS grow up, I needed to get my butt in gear. There been ups and down and stalls, but keeping at it I've lost about 80 lbs over the course of about 5 years. I seem to lose about 20 at a time, get stuck for a while, then start up again. I could probably stand to lose another 20, but I figure if I can keep up with Cathe I'm ok. I wasn't meant to be a size 2, and never have been. I've gone from a snug (can't breathe!) 22 to comfy 12, and I am quite happy with that. Besides, when I think back, I would have never thought I could squat 65 lbs or curl 20 lbs. Go me!!! Updated as of 09/10, I'm now in a size 10, and can squat 100lbs and can curl a 25 DB, 55 or 60 on a bar! Progress is still happening :) It's been a yr or 2 since I've updated this. Another update...squatting 130 and bench pressing 110. Woo-hoo!!!! Still making progess
