- More strength. I'd love to be able to do push ups on my toes and to be able to do air jacks and tuck jumps that I'm proud of.
- My Success Story
- I was about 20lbs overweight last September and although I have always been into working out - I didn't have a body that reflected that. Now that I've dropped the weight and work out even harder than ever before I am happy with the way I look. I haven't felt that way in a really long time. I feel I look better now than I did in my 20s.
