I also like rebounding, so what I do is bring out my rebounder and do Cathe's Hiit workouts, with modifications, of course. I watch Cathe as she motivates me.
I cannot print the Xtrain workout cards. I've tried everything. I have the Xtrain Guide, I followed the directions, but it just takes you to a blank page. So frustrating!
Any suggestions?
I have not seen Perfect 30 yet. I do have to say I really like it when Cathe mixes high and low impact cardio in one workout as in the Strong and Sweaty Cardio Slam DVD
