    LASIK

I had it done this past summer and love it. The procedure itself is a little freaky but is over very quickly. After that I had a lot of tearing and a headache. After a god nap I was watching TV that night with no glasses. A great feeling. For me it was very worth it. I have had no problems at...

    what do you use

Have you tried the Magic Eraser by Mr. Clean? I have used it on my stove top as well as the handle on my fridge, it is the only thing I have found to work.

    Iron Grip Dumbbell Rack?

I bought it shortly before Christmas for about $85 and free shipping. I love it. My husband put it together for me and he thought it was not that sturdy but after loading it up with the dubmbells (my heaviest are 30s) it seems sturdy to me. The smallest that fit it are my hex 5lbs and then I...

    Anything similar to P90x Yoga?

Hi, I don't post often (obviously) but I just tried Yoga X yesterday and am loving how I feel today (DOMS). I know a lot of you have done P90X rotations so I thought this may be a question someone could answer for me. I was wondering if there are any other yoga DVDs that are similar but maybe...

What does "gym style" really mean?

RE: What does In the Rotations section someone posted the layout of GS http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=7&topic_id=7461&mesg_id=7461&page= This can give you an idea of what exercises are done. Some of them have different counts. The one that stands out in my memory...

    Cathe DVD Question

When I started with Cathe I started with Basic Step & Body Fusion then onto Low Impact Step. While I appreciated how the steps were broken down so I could learn her style I couldn't wait to move on. (I was also doing The Firm before I "found" Cathe.) For that reason I would say get the advanced...

    Gym Style Workouts

I have both S & H and all the Gym Styles. I love both but think the GS keep me more interested. There is good variety in the moves. I have not done the Pyramids yet (I just got them) so I can not comare them to either. Also I did notice strength gains with the GS. Oh and I did GS Legs for the...

    "must have" strength DVDs

RE: Thanks for the suggestions. I will look for the magazine today. As for CTX I'll need to start saving. I have considered getting it before but the expense at one time kind of puts me off. Thanks again!

    "must have" strength DVDs

Thanks again for all of the questions you have answered for me in the past. I am back again looking for advice. I currently have all Gym Styles, Slow & Heavy, MM, ME, Buts & Gutts, Legs & Glutes, and the Pyramids (along with various other cardio/circuit). Are there any other strength DVDs that...

BUTTS AND GUTS VS GYM STYLE LEGS

Since you have not received any replies yet I thought I'd put a link in to a similar question I asked. When I asked the question I did not yet have either DVD. Since then I bought both but have only done B & G so I really can't answer your question. I hope the link works and you get some info...

Are you sure that you can only subscribe through posting? At the top of the page when a topic is open there is a "subscribe to this topic" that you can click on. I am not sure if it does what she is looking for though.
