    Hi, I'm getting ready to download a few workouts, is there any reason why I can't or shouldn't download them directly to my external hard drive, or would it be better to download to my computer and then to the hard drive? Thanks

    don't worry I don't normally post much, but I when I read your post I wanted to let you know that I have a 19 year old cat who is happy, healthy and de-clawed. It's not something I would normally do to a cat either, but my guy is doing well. He is an indoor cat, though

    Cathe or SNM (or anybody) It seems that all my Cathe tapes are slow to rewind, since I like to rewind after I work out and I work out in the mornings before work, every second counts - and it seems that it can take two or three minutes (I know, I'm impatient) to rewind some of the longer tapes...

    Weight Watchers Hi, I've been on Weight Watchers' point system for about three years now - I lost about 30 pounds and have kept it off. The point system gives you lots of flexibility - which some people find hard to deal with, but I really found it works for me. Good luck! Marian
