Hi, I'm getting ready to download a few workouts, is there any reason why I can't or shouldn't download them directly to my external hard drive, or would it be better to download to my computer and then to the hard drive?

I don't normally post much, but I when I read your post I wanted to let you know that I have a 19 year old cat who is happy, healthy and de-clawed. It's not something I would normally do to a cat either, but my guy is doing well. He is an indoor cat, though

Cathe - I like the circuit-style concept, but I, like some others, have coordination problems with compound exercises. I also urge you to consider using popular music, I know I would be willing to pay more of it.

Cathe - I love the format, just two suggestions: I concur with the other posts asking for slower reps, somewhere between PS and SH. I also urge you to consider using popular music along the lines of body pump.

It seems that all my Cathe tapes are slow to rewind, since I like to rewind after I work out and I work out in the mornings before work, every second counts - and it seems that it can take two or three minutes (I know, I'm impatient) to rewind some of the longer tapes...
