Hi Cathe I am 53 and don't have a lot of flexibility like I used to for example I can't do ab workouts that require me to do a situp and get off the floor. Is there anything I can do to help me to get off the floor?? Or any exercises that I can do to get me more flexible? Thank you
Hi everyone! I love working out with Cathe I have every cd she has ever made. But I had some big fibroids in my uterus that they had to take out and now they tell me for at least 2 weeks I can't do anything harsh on my body. Just wondering if anyone could give me a clue on what to do??:(

Hello everyone! I have been working out with Cathe for a very long time. I am 53 and my upper thigh has been hurting for a while. Whenever I get up after sitting down for a while I actually have to limp to get to walk properly. Is there anything that I can do to help it and make it go away??
