Hi, I'm thinking of buying this because I have a small workout space and was wondering if anyone here has this product and uses it with the step with 4 risers? How is that working so far? Also, does anyone use it with the slanted risers for Bench Presses? Is this product sturdy...

Hi Cathe! Don't know if this has been asked yet or not, but just incase: Once STS Cardio is done, do you think you can make a 3 and 6 month rotation for STS Weights using STS Cardio? I'm planning on doing STS in the fall again after I receive STS cardio and I'll be doing the 6 month rotation...
