    I noticed when I put treadmill into my workout calender it will automatically say i am burning 508 calories. However my treadmill when I'm done walking says 143 or so. Which is it? How do I know how many calories I'm really burning???? Thanks Brenda

    Thanks. I thought it was high too. Cool, I will look on amazon for one. I just read that if you can burn 500 cal. a day you can lose 2 lbs a week. This is why I want to know how many cal. I am burning. Thanks again jacqued! Brenda

    I am wondering ,for the workout manager, when I put in the DVD I use for the day it tells me how many calories I burned for that video. example, Power hour says 700 and someting calories burned. Is that correct? If not, how do I find out how many calories I am burning for certain videos...
