Fitness; I'm a certified personal trainer with ACE; I'm also very much into nutrition because it is nature's medicine. I love greyhounds and all animals, dancing and singing, reading all things related to nutrition & fitness and fiction (sci-fi, mystery, drama), spending time with friends, making cultured vegetables, kefir milk, and Kombucha; I love watching American Ninja Warrior, The Biggest Loser, Drama shows like Law and Order, and all types of movies except for horror; and I absolutely love my church.

- I wore a 16 in high school but now I wear a 4-6!! I am finally strong through my back and upper body, and I feel so incredibly fit! Being in the 40's range I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best I've ever felt. I will continue this path and work hard because it feels fantastic to be healthy, fit, strong, and confident!
