Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They're just the best workouts ever (and I own a lot). I've always loved working out, but Cathe makes me love it even more and look forward to it every day. Since I discovered her I've been neglecting all of my other workouts--all I want to do is Cathe workouts!

My Success Story
I was hit head on by a drunk driver in 2009. My heels were shattered and they almost amputated both feet. Instead, an amazing surgeon put 12 screws and 2 plates in each heel. He predicted pain and limited mobility--but at least I'd be able to walk. With in a year I was kickboxing again. 2 years after the accident I did TurboFire followed by Insanity--with no modifications to either. My mobility is not limited and I am in better shape than I was before the accident. I do tons of plyometrics and am addicted to Cathe workouts!
