When I began doing Cathe Workouts
I began doing Cathe workouts July 03 and have never looked back!
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I was looking for some type of workout to take with me on business trips. I found Cathe DVD's. I had to modify a lot! With the help of my PC and make shift steps and weights from my hotel rooms I got started. Thank goodness for dyna bands!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
The workouts make me feel strong and healthy. I know I am doing something good for myself. I want to be a fun granny for my grandkids(if I ever get them :wink:).

My Fitness Goals
I want to lose the fat that still covers my muscle. I want to "look" like I work out. I seem to be stuck at this weight. I know it's all about diet now. The workouts are the easy part. :0)
