Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is very professional and motivating. She has helped me to challenge myself and move my fitness level forward. I look forward to an hour a day doing one of her programs.

Other Workout DVDs that I own
I own many other DVDs by other instructors, but for the past many years I have not done those. I only use my Cathe DVDs as they are so superior to all others.
My Fitness Goals
Short term goals are to do at least 45 min. of a Cathe workout 6 days per week. Longer term goals are to be able to do 40 consecutive full-body push-ups and 6 pull-ups/chin-ups.
My Success Story
I have used Cathe's various workouts to decrease my percentage body fat from 32% to 21%, to successfully battle the weight gain that can come with menopause and aging (not easy at 62!) and to help deal with many life stresses. I now teach group fitness classes and work to motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle.
