    I also want to add that if you eat every 2.5 to 3 hours you keep yourself from getting overly hungry and making bad decisions. So eat a little something every few hours and this includes that evening snack. It has worked for me.

    I too always have a hungry feeling in the evening around 8 pm or so. I eat something like pretzels, low fat micro pop corn, apple slices, low fat chips w/ salsa, etc. I leave room in my calories for this. If you're hungry you should eat, but just plan for it and make it part of your plan.

    Pyramid DVD - how to find premix section

    Thanks ladies. Yep, I got myself a faulty DVD. I finally found the premix section in the middle of the DVD (after the lower body workout section), but it doesn't work quite right. Next time I will buy direct. Thanks the the help.
