How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Fit TV! I made the mistake of letting my beginner self do a Slow and Heavy workout I DVR'd on Fit TV. After taking 2 WEEKS to recover from that one workout, I did some research and found Cathe's beginner workouts. I've been hooked ever since.

Firm, Fitprime, Jari Love, um... I have 400-500 workouts, so a lot of stuff.
My Fitness Goals
Not grow old gracefully -- I'm fighting it every step of the way! I just want to be strong and healthy.
My Success Story
I've lost nearly 60 pounds using workout DVDs (mostly Cathe and The Firm) and Weight Watchers. I try to keep my eating clean, but I have a tendency to "live a little" a little too much.
