    Patella Tendonitis?

    My son was diagnosed with this also and had PT. Some of the pain improved wihtin 2 weeks, but then we realized that the patella pain was also masking a torn meniscus. You might want to see an orthopedic and have an MRI to be sure. Good luck.

    Hi/Lo workout

    I love Cathe's hi/lo segment on Maximum Intensity Cardio. I would love to see a 60 minute pure floor aerobic workout that builds into combos with blasts after each combo. Then a finsiher combining all the combos.

    Xtrain All Out

    Try 3 risers for All Out Low Impact Hiit step portion. It will give you what you are looking for. I never considered going higher than 2 until Cardio Leg Blast, so I tried it with AOLIH, and it did the trick.

    Hi Janie, I admire your discipline. I have been doing this rotation and start 4DS next week. I usually workout 6 days a week. When you got to 4DS did you only do the 4 days or did you add in other cardio workouts? Thanks!!
