Lots of yoga...mainly Eoin Finn plus some Bryan Kest. I have also completed P90X and have all the X+ dvds plus the 10 minute trainers.
My Fitness Goals
Maintain the level of fitness that I have achieved while creating more lean, visible muscle mass.

Since I started working out a little over 5 years ago I have lost over 35 pounds and kept it off!
