What is a good workout program for me now that I have completed the STS program? I like working out on the five weekdays leaving the weekend days for my yard work and mountain biking.
When you are performing the exercises to find out your 1RM, how much rest time between exercised should you take? Should the exercised be spread out over a period of time to get a true measurement?
