My story is not earth shattering. I've fluctuated a few times in my adult life between eating too much and eating too little, between caring for my body and not caring at all. My weight has fluctuated from 130 (ate too little) -190 (ate too much!). (I'm 5'9") Now that I'm in my 40's I have it figured out for the most part. I take good care of myself, I eat well most of the time, and I do a wide variety of workouts. I weigh the same as I did in junior high and high school (about 150) but I have way more muscle. I finally feel like an athlete and am proud that I am a role model for my three children.
