Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
She pushes me like a trainer in the privacy of my own home. It enables me as a stay-at-home mom to make the most of my limited workout time! : )

My Fitness Goals
To maintain a healthy lifestyle and push myself to greater heights. I'm a triathlete and would love to work up to a half ironman.
My Success Story
Although I was a competitive swimmer and coach for a combined total of 19 years, two complicated pregnancies left me seriously overweight & unhealthy. Today I race triathlons and cross train with Cathe... I'm in better shape now than when I swam competitively!!!
