    Xtrain -Ride

    absolutely LOVE ride...did it yesterday for 1st time, and i loved it....cyclemax was not a favorite-sorry!! but Ride is great and i think will def. be doing more than 1x per week! I just could not get into cycle max, but Ride is great and went time quickly...maybe it's the counter that helps...

    Question on colds.

    I too have a terrible cold...I did not exercise at all this weekend and I am bummed...I think I would have felt better even going for a walk out in the fresh air....but I drink tea with lemon and honey to help with congestion...and try to remember to use any of the airborne-type vitamin...
