After the birth of my first child I weighed 171 pounds (the same as my husband) and was a size 13/14. I began eating in moderation and exercising and lost over 50 pounds and was a size 4. After the births of my daughters in 2002 and 2004, I was able to return to my prepregnancy size within 4 weeks and keep the weight off. Now one year after the birth of my last child, I am a happy 115 pounds, size 2, fit, strong and happy mother! I did it all with exercising and eating in moderation. I recently underwent an abdominoplasty to regain my prebaby stomach to reward myself for all of my hardwork.
