    Question about 1 Rep Max as STS weeks progress...

    I realize this is old, I am just finishing meso 1. When I click on the calculator, the whole line with that move disappears. Do you know what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

    I’m so glad you posted this. I am thinking of getting one set of bumper plates that are 17” diameter because I can’t roll the smaller size over my legs.

    Now that you mentioned steps, I will put my 14” box there to stand on to get started, It was somewhat difficult getting on the band, I kind of looked like a trapeze artist
