Hi Everyone,

Help!

Has anyone downloaded the live workout mentioned above #330?
I have downloaded twice. The extension of the file name is coming up as a jpg file

To SNM, Can I please another link with the usual video extension? m4v

Kind Regards:)

Yes, FitSaxe, 330 would only download as jpg files for me. i had the same issue with 338. I was told it was an issue with my computer even though I have downloaded hundreds of live workouts with no issue.

From my perspective a file extension issue is on their side not mine; nevertheless, I am far from being tech savvy.

I Will insist and send the link of our discussion to customer service.

We will get to the bottom of this issue;);)

@Murphymax I have just looked at the clip after searching for a bit. #338 Total Body Mash up is a very good met. Cathe is actually filmed on her own. I am adding this to my list as it fit my goal and purpose. This means I now really need this issue to be resolved:rolleyes:

Here is the clip

It is not an issue with your computer. A video file can not contain a jpg extension. It is a non-sense. I am not a tech expert but we know a jpg is a picture not a video;);)

We can not play the video with a jpg extension. This is definitely an oddity!

Look at the size of the JPG file you have. If its size is less than the size of the clip, then it can be just an image. If it is longer enough, then it might be a video with wrong extension. In that case change the extension to either mp4 or m4v and hopefully it will work! Otherwise Customer Support should handle this issue. Good Luck!

@Nabbe47

Thank you. I do change the extension from m4v to mp4 and I do not why I did not.
The file is big indeed. As soon as I changed the extension, the video thumbnail appeared:)

@Murphymax Change the extension file from jpg to mp4 or m4v. Hopefully your file will run. Mine seems fine!
