From my perspective a file extension issue is on their side not mine; nevertheless, I am far from being tech savvy.
It is not an issue with your computer. A video file can not contain a jpg extension. It is a non-sense. Look at the size of the JPG file you have. If its size is less than the size of the clip, then it can be just an image. If it is longer enough, then it might be a video with wrong extension. In that case change the extension to either mp4 or m4v and hopefully it will work! Otherwise Customer Support should handle this issue. Good Luck!Here is the clip
