So now I learned that the workout here is warm-up + set of exericses + cool-down (stretching):).
The reason for asking is that there are videos, out there, with "set of exercises", to follow along, where one needs to add the "warm-up and cool-down" separately, and they are also called workouts:confused:!
 
You are so right…..there are a lot of YT workouts that don’t have warmups or cooldowns,
and some might not have a warmup, but does have a short stretch at the end!!

Most of us visiting cathe's workouts and pre ordering series for a while know the time include warm and cool down/stretching.

She actually doesn't include a warmup/cooldown in her Low Impact Cardio Bonus with the first LMR series - so, I'm glad they clarified because one could reason that she's starting to change her approach based on that previous bonus workout.

Sounds like Low Impact Cardio Bonus from LMR was just an odd one-off.

My post was about main workout, not bonuses!

Main workout as listed from dvd have always included warm up and cool down.

Bonuses never included warm up and cool down.

I do use several of those Low Impact chapters interspersed with stuff from other workouts in the blender, which is what I hope I will be able to do with the new 4 “fusion” workouts.
