One of my favorites too. Great moves and music.Rhythmic step is my all-time favorite step workout--challenging, great choreography, and really fun. I Also love Step Sync and IMax 3.

Probably why I missed it, if it’s after the first segment. That’s the fastest segment imo, and, when my heart rate is up there, I zone out, just focused on that little breather as she slows down a bit starting the second, which is always welcome. I’ll listen for it next time I do it. I did Step Moves, yesterday. Haven’t done it in ages. It was so much fun. I must put that back in my routine more often. So many fun ones, you can’t fit them all in.She does. She did it quickly.
After the first step segment, not the circuit. It last 24 minutes. She said "that'is it unless you want to run it through again "
