Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Yoga Fusion from Cathe's latest series (41 minutes). I enjoyed it for a stretch/rest day.

Linda - I hope you are getting in something fun! Thanks for the info about jump rope workouts (I was hopeful that you had found some more!)
Annette - yikes about the mascara! it seems you have some cleaning secrets as that can't be easy to take out of a carpet
Nora - sorry you missed your workout yesterday. I hope you are able to fit something in today
Deanna - I checked out that hardcore workout - uhhh I gotta be mentally ready for that many reps!

Siobhan, nice choice with Yoga Fusion -41 min. this AM. I am not a Yoga person, however I think I have
used some of the chapters from the workout in some of my blender workouts.

Nora, today's another day!

Today's workout:

Blender- "Scrambled Total Body # 1" - 46 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "Abs on Fire": Quick Core Circuit (no rowing in this one)

That's it.....I think I am re-vamping my workout plans back to cutting out short days on Tues & Thurs. and
just doing what I plan for each day.....It seems like alot of my blenders, etc are getting longer...and I am
finding out trying to keep those 2 days to 30ish min. limits me on choosing workouts sometimes.
We'll see!

Hi ladies,

Today is a windy, rainy day here.

I smart viewed a Fitness Kombat workout from my phone off Facebook to my tv. It was a different mix 39 and I only did the cardio kickboxing portion which was 42 minutes long. It was good and sweaty but the quality of the video was very poor. I was down a pound this morning, YaY!!

Nice workouts ladies.

And Siobhan, waterproof mascara makeup remover will take the stain of mascara out of your carpet.

Yep! I kept thinking ENDURANCE! I had never done it before, so I really had no clue what it was going to be. I really like it though! It worked my lower body to the point of DOMS for today.
 
Today's scheduled workout on the rotation was Shock Cardio - MMA Fusion. Again, my first time with this one & oh my goodness! Not so sure about those rolling moves! I have a lot of low back issue & for whatever reason; those weren't working for me. My low back was cranky with them. I really like this workout & will be doing it again in future workouts, but I think I will need to leave the rolling moves alone.
