I'm interested to know if anyone has done this; or similar roatation. I'm interested to know your thoughts, results, ect once you completed it.
 
I liked the upper body part of this rotation but the same lower body 2x/week for a month was not my cup of tea. I've been thinking of doing it again but replacing some of the lower body workouts.
