Sorry for not checking it yesterday. DH and I met up with Aleisa in Bethesda (Navel Exchange), MD to do some last minute xmas shopping. I still did my workouts!
Today I will do XT Legs premix 2 = 67 min + SBF Barre Fire 3 = 30 min and JS D20 Amazing abs.
Sherry - I am so sorry this head cold is still bordering you. Rest and feel better soon. Yes, all the extra workouts are helping not to gain weight during the holiday's.
Heidi - I am also trying not to buy workout dvd's anymore, they taking up too much space. Especially if you have a large collection. My goal for 2015 is: to work through all my workout dvd's/downloads and narrow it down. I have to many dvd's. I still haven't open any of the onces I bought when College Video closed down?? The cook book sounds amazing. Need to google it. Did you like 5-spice fried rice with sweet potatoes?
