I just finished today's workout and will check in. I just wanted to add that my ankle will let me workout on it ok, but there is a bump and swelling a bit at the injury site, sort of strange, oh well.

Debbie- SO happy to hear that your mom's eye exam went well and the doctor is pleased with how she is healing and doing. That is such a huge blessing. I hope that she will continue this positive momentum of healing and that her vision will improve as the doctor says over the next six months. Yes six months is a long time to wait. I have a medical wait of six months myself before I can get re-examined, re-tested and wait for the results. The waiting is tough and the fear is too but all I can do is keep doing what I am and pray. I will continue to pray for your mom's continued healing and vision improvement. Chris- How are you doing? Are things better now that the kids are back to school? I hope so. Hang in there girlfriend. Remember exercise can help to deal with the stress and stuff and feels good when you have a real sweat fest of a workout punching and kicking and just beating up the stress and getting it out of your day. It feels awesome and reminds you of how powerful and amazing you are. I mean we know that, right? Of course, we do you rock girlfriend. Take care and Hugs!
