I PREFER to do my strength training this way (pick as many as apply)

  • Very heavy weights, few reps, a few sets (like Slow and Heavy)

I pretty much like all of the choices except for light weights and a zillion reps. STS made me rethink the choices. I had not expected to like Meso 3 very much and I love it.
 
I voted other.:D
I like a mix of heavy-low reps, then switch it up to lighter-high reps.

When I finish my 5 month STS rotation, I'll take a break from splits and do full body 3X's a week with of heavy, medium, light weight days.
 
So it seems that splits using medium weights with higher reps (but not a zillion) are most preferred, but there are a wide range of preferences so far, really.
 
I voted other b/c at various times I've tried and enjoyed them all, BUT I can't find anything I've enjoyed as much as CLX.
