I definitely won't be setting any PRs with all this gunk in my head and chest, but I'll be happy to finish and I'm so grateful for anyone who's donated money to my run to help fight this horrible disease that affects SO MANY women!

First off - Run Shelley Run ! ? !

I'm not quite up to date on what you are running on Sunday - but I am a donater for good causes if you will post or PM the link to me.

Your talk about running with gunk in your head reminds me of my morning Yoga DVD when they say "inhale through your nose" and I have the ol' morning stuffiness and cannot breathe !

Take a Vick's inhaler stick with you or just eat some wasabi before the race ! :eek:
