This month (October 2024 Workout Rotation) we’ll focus on a variety of weight training routines with a splash of cardio mixed in each week. One Mobility or Yoga Day has been added in each week as well to help restore mobility and flexibility. Please feel free to add additional recovery workouts as often as needed throughout the month.
