Hi Everyone and Happy October! This month you’ll focus on various ways to shock your metabolism through multiple weight training, cardio, and recovery formats. Week one features STS 2.0 total body weight workouts, week two features Xtrain split workouts, week three features STS 2.0 solid upper and solid lower body splits, and week four features Hardcore split workouts. You’ll also do various cardio and recovery formats per week. As always, stay focused, eat well, sleep well, and stay hydrated!
