I’ve been doing all of Cathe’s oldies in preparation for the new series Step Boss. I almost forgot how intense and effective Maximum Strength Cardio and Maximum Intensity Strength were ????. I’ve also been revisiting classics like Interval Max IMAX 2 and IMAX 3…scary ????

Hi Cathe, love most of your rotations, but all-step workouts ate not exactly my thing. Is it ok to do cycling or kickboxing instead? Also, is it ok to do all strength rotations once in a while?
