    running in place

    cool down

    what is everyones cool down process like? and routine? I'm starting to take 20 minutes after the workout to just walk around slowly-sipping water then hop in the shower, grab a slice of wheat toast,vitamins and off to work.

    hips and thighs

    What workout would be good for my hips and outer thighs? I've been doing the legs and glutes dvd at least 2 times a week (been doing this for 2 weeks) I do IMAX 2 and boot camp and cardio max each week. and more..I try to vary.
