    fat free salad dressing

As far as Italian and Vinigarette dressings go, I like the Wishbone Fat Free. I don't like any fat free creamy dressings. They just never taste good to me. For ranch, I like the Light Done Right Four Cheese ranch. It's not fat free, but it's so good!

    Vitamin Water

IMO, that has too many calories for water if it's the one I'm thinking of. I like Propel by Gatorade for water w/ flavor. It's just 10 calories per serving. Caren

    Another Desperate Housewives post

I think his problem is that he just can't stand her anymore. I guess he could be gay, but I don't see it.

    funny pop up

When I logged onto www.cathe.com just now, I got a Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds pop up. Haha! Like anyone doing Cathe does "walk away the pounds".

    IMAX

I did the whole thing today for the first time! Yes, I'm drenched in sweat and I'm not gonna pretend I wasn't stumbling sometimes, but I finished all 10 intervals. Yay! I just had to share that with people who would understand. Caren

    Revival Soy

I ordered they soynuts one time and they were good. I think they were yogurt covered or something along those lines.

Can a married woman and a single man be just friends?

I would like to say yes, but before I was married I was good friends with a whole group of guys that are still single. After I started dating my husband, they all just kind of disappeared. I still see them ocasionally, but I wouldn't really say we are friends anymore. I'm not sure why this...

A Chili's Crisis of Epic Proportions

I feel your pain. The Macaroni Grille recently took Nachos Napoli off their menu. It was one of my favorite dishes in the world. I don't see any point in going there now. Without that dish, they are the same as any other Italian restaurant.

    Body Fusion & Basic Step

Hi, I just ordered this and wondered if any of you have done these workouts and what you think of them. I consider myself an advanced exerciser, but I've never done step. To the request of many of you, I ordered IMAX, and found myself stumbling around because I just didn't know where she was...

can you do p90x in the gym?

well, it's just a series of workout DVD's, so it would be kind of hard to remember exactly what to do without watching it. The strength workouts come with a sheet to write down how many weights/reps you do so that may help you do it in a gym, but I still think you would need to see what they...

    3rd Phase P90X

I am in the 10th week (2nd week of the 3rd phase) and I have been really tired this week and last week too. It didn't occur to me that this may have something to do with the workout. Hmmm, maybe I will take an extra rest day this week.

    New Tae Bo Extreme

Has anyone tried the new Tae Bo Extreme yet? It sounds interesting and I've heard it uses a step. I am waiting for more of a discription or a recommendation before I try it.

    Anyone who's done P90X Doubles

I did the doubles all along even in the beginning. I never had a problem doing them back to back. I like to get my workout over with in one part of the day. I only did their plyo though, not the cardio x or kenpro - they are bothtoo easy. I substituted that one w/ Cathe cardio or Powerstrike.

    Denise Austin?

This is gonna make me unpopular, but I used to do Denise tapes a lot when I first started exercising and she's never bothered me, I actually like her. Maybe I'm just as big of a dork as she is :)?! Anyway, Tony Horton irritates me a lot more. I have been wanting to try Bryan Kest, so I'm...

    Anyone on WW Core?

Pretty much you just eat from a list of "Core" foods, and eat however much it takes to satisfy you, but don't stuff yourself. It's mainly natural, unprocessed sugar free food. You get 35 Weight Watcher points per week that you can use towards whatever type of food you want that's not on the...

    Anyone on WW Core?

I have been doing it for 2 weeks and have lost 8 lbs! It's awesome. It brought me back down to my WW goalweight - I've been a WW lifetime Member for years. I love the Core program. I'm never hungry and I don't have to count points. I highly recommend it.
