Im looking for a 4 week rotation. I can workout 5 - 6 days a week for 1 hour.
What sort of workouts should I include for weight loss & definition?
Should I be strictly doing Intervals for cardio? Doing cardio & weights together? How many days of weight lifting?
Can you help w/ some ideas...

So, Ive taken about 4 months off from exercising. Ive had quite a bit going on & let life interrupt my health.
Ive gained 13 lbs to go along w/ it. :(

My eating has been fairly good. I could probably add in a little bit more protein though.
So working each muscle group once a week will give me that lean defined look along w/ the clean eating & cardio? God I thought I would have to kill...
I just finished a PUB/PLB rotation & was considering doing a high rep/low weight rotation. Cathe seems to be the only instructor that keeps my interest & motivates me.

But Id like to start another Fat burning rotation but Id like to start working on a bit of definition. Especially on my arms/shoulders.
