I will be starting my 4th week of Cathe's HC Fat Loss Rotation.
I am not sure what to do next?
I was thinking of repeating the Fat Loss Rotation again. What your opinions on that?
Do I need to take a recovery week?
You can do it again or wait until Cathe posts the April rotation. If I felt fine than I wouldn't take a recovery week, maybe just a day or two off would be enough.
Cathe may have another fat loss rotation using some of her older DVD's.
