Ingredients
1/4 cup organic quinoa
3/4 cup water
1/2 packet of organic miso soup with seaweed (I like Edward & sons brand)
Directions:
Bring water to boil, rinse quinoa and then add quinoa to boiling water along with 1/2 the miso packet. Cool for 15 mins or until quinoa absorbs all the liquid and is fluffy! Then dig in! Theres lots of other things you could be creative with and add to it like extra veggies, or beans, but this gives u a great base to start with. Quinoa is a complete protein with all the amino acids for your muscle building metabolic pleasure. Miso is a fermented soy that is the only form of soy I recommend, as the fermentation is great for digestion and amping up immunity! Bonus: seaweed is chocked full of minerals including iodine and can help repair your thyroid:)
