Yummy vegetarian recipe

I've just made it today.

Saute some onion, yellow pepper and celery on white wine. When it's done, add sliced portabella mushroom and a can of red kidney beans. Spice it with salt, pepper, thyme and a little Worchester sauce.

I guess it can be served over rice, but I just ate it "as is". Very tasty! Mari
