<--- designed an equally super fabulous sign for the new office
<--- went to the site y-day with our department manager to make sure all required materials were there
<--- was told we would be starting next week & was prepared to manage the installation
<--- was just told that another employee will be in charge of the construction for the sign that <--- designed!:-( ;( x(
<--- says that HE (yes HE) didn't have one thing to do with this project at all before now
<--- says it's not like <--- hasn't managed projects before so...
<--- doesn't have a clue why this is happening
