<--says what's worse, the client was the son of a close friend of one of the big wigs at <--'s firm
<--feels very frightened and has been crying and shaking alternately all day

<--also hasn't had hot water all day so can't shower which is not helping

<--has been trying to calm down all day but just can't seem to x(

<-- has worked and waited 16 years
